Who we are

LogMyVehicle provides vehicle check, mileage log, defect reporting and PDF audit report software for vehicle operators.

Data we process

We may process company account details, admin and driver names, email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle details, mileage readings, check results, defect notes, uploaded defect photos, login/session records and billing references.

Why we process it

We process data to provide the service, maintain audit records, support user access, handle subscription billing and keep the system secure.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. LogMyVehicle does not store full card numbers. Stripe billing references may be stored so subscriptions can be activated and managed.

Retention

Vehicle check and defect records are kept for audit purposes unless an operator requests deletion where legally and operationally appropriate.
