Use of the service

LogMyVehicle helps operators record vehicle checks, mileage logs, defect photos and PDF reports. Operators remain responsible for vehicle safety, legal compliance and the accuracy of submitted records.

Accounts

Admins are responsible for inviting authorised drivers only, disabling users who no longer need access and keeping account credentials secure.

Trial and subscriptions

New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active paid subscription. Plan limits apply to active vehicles and active/invited drivers.

Billing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Upgrade, downgrade and cancellation handling may depend on the selected plan and billing period.

Availability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Operators should export and retain any records they require for their own compliance processes.
